  • There are certain categories where the whole family can volunteer together, such as the Floor Crew.
  • There is no masking required this year, although you are welcome to wear a mask for your own comfort.
  • Beards must be covered at all times, and long hair must be pulled back.
  • Kitchen helpers must wear closed-toe shoes and long-sleeved shirts.
  • Servers must wear closed-toe shoes and shirts with sleeves.

All volunteers should report to Friendship Hall at the Montrose County Fairgrounds at the beginning of their shift. It is located at 1001 N. 2nd Street in downtown Montrose.  Click here for the map and directions.

Volunteer Signup Form

  1. Click the tab for the day you want to volunteer.
  2. Scroll through the tasks (e.g., Kitchen Help, Server, Floor Crew, etc.) to see what sounds good to you.
  3. Click the red Sign up for this activity link to open the scheduling window.
  4. Select the time you want to volunteer and click the red BOOK button.
  5. Enter your contact information.
  6. Click the red BOOK CLASS* button, and you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided.
